Ivan's Talk will discuss the history of LGBTQ+ movements in the United States and the role that chosen family have in the lives of LGBTQ+ folks. Throughout his talk, Ivan will also incorporate his personal experience as a queer Latinx male to dispel some misconceptions of LGBTQ+ life, representation, and community in the United States.
